About
The Innovation Basecamp is a 10-day program for early-stage ventures with a 2-day Scale Summit for growth-stage ventures, investors, and partners in the ag- and food-tech sector with the following goals:

Catalyze new innovations

Accelerate existing innovations to scale

Form new partnerships in the ecosystem
The program will explore business models and financing/funding, commercialization and growth, market and industry analyses, regulatory considerations, as well as cross-ecosystems collaboration. Participants will engage in workshops, investor pitches for prize funding, panels with experts, in-field customer discovery, and networking with global VC investors, partners and key ecosystem players.

Selection Criteria
Geography
The company or the individual must be based in one of the following countries: Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Nigeria or Denmark
Stage
Companies of all stages are encouraged to apply, though this program is best tailored for companies at the Idea & MVP Stages.
Sector
All Ag-Tech and Food-Tech founders are welcome to apply. We are especially interested in companies building across the following subsectors:
